A recent study of non-surgical facial tightening revealed that the results of focused ultrasound  (Ultherapy) and pulsed radiofrequency (Thermage) are the same.  The main differences were number of treatments to maximal tightening and pain.  Thermage accomplished the same degree of tightening with fewer treatments and less pain.  We offer Thermage, Icon Max Deep Infrared and Candela CO2RE for facial tightening at the Clinic of Cosmetic Surgery.
