F.A.C.E. Foundation

Established by Dr. Roger Mixter more than 20 years ago, the Foundation for the Advancement for Craniofacial Education has funded the treatment of children in the United States, Mexico, Haiti,Cuba, Russia and Africa.  In 2012, FACE board member Dr. Mark Blake operated 30 children with facial deformities at the hospital San Carlos in Chiapas, Mexico.

Lose The Toos

Established in 1990 by Cindy Graf and Dr. Roger Mixter, Lose The Toos is committed to treating gang related at risk youth in cooperation with the Milwaukee Boys and Girls Clubs by removing gang tattoos with the latest technology.  A portion of every laser treatment at the clinic goes toward the Toos program.  Dr. Mark Blake is the current Medical Director.

The Milwaukee Breast Cancer Showhouse

Dr. Blake is a member of the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Showhouse Scientific Review Committee.  Dr. Mixter, now emeritus, also gave many years of service to evaluate research proposals presented to the Committee for funding by the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center.  Dr. Blake is a continuing sponsor of the WBCS annual charitable golf outing, and captain of last years’ winning golf team.
